1965 Ford Mustang VIN Locator
I am having issues finding the VIN that is supposed to be on the fenders inside the engine compartment. I am trying to validate that the door tag and title information that I have is accurate. This does not appear to be the case after the first round...With the help of the VMF, I was able to get this resolved over the 2001 Thanksgiving holiday...Thanks guys and gals!!!

1) This is where the VIN should be. I removed the "Product of Ford Motor Company" sticker in order to see if anything existed underneath…It didn't. |
2) The numbers here read 10 4 30 and are oriented from the engine bay to the fender. Most of the 3 and all of the 0 are under the fender lip. |
3) The numbers here run left-to-right and read |

4) No numbers or identifying marks could be found on the passenger side fender or inside the engine compartment |
5) Looking under the fender, it looks like all that exists is dirt, insulation, and emptiness. |
6) This is a close-up of the "Product of Ford Motor Company" sticker that came off the driver-side fender. This sticker leads me to believe that the engine compartment has been rebuilt...Bummer! |
