The body dings are obvious and required some work to remove the rust but I am pretty happy with the results.  The bubbling paint appears to be from the car being left out in the hot Arizona sun for ~2 years.  I don't think it was a cheap paint job because of the minimal amount of overspray I have found and there are minimal runs.
